Ballistic Engineering WARRANTY
Ballistic Engineering products are designed to be the strongest link in the chain. However, if you experience any issues with our products always reach out to jb@ballisticengineering.net directly and we will take care of you.
Refund requests need to be accompanied with proof of purchase to the original purchaser. Ballistic Engineering will refund the purchase price of any unaltered trigger or product within 30 days of purchase.
Altering, tampering, or disassembly of the Ballistic Engineering products voids all implied warranties.
All our products must be installed by a competent and qualified gunsmith. If you are not confident in your skills or ability to properly install our products do not proceed and consult with our customer service or your local gunsmith.
Our products are manufactured to a very strict tolerance. They are however designed to work in conjunction with MIL-SPEC components. We can not guarantee proper fit and function when used with products that deviate from MIL-SPEC such as short throw safety selectors, aftermarket bolt carrier groups, receivers that do not adhere to MIL-SPEC or non-standard firearms platforms.
We strongly recommend against the use of anti-walk pins since their use case is extremely limited and can induce failure when not properly installed.
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER
WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MODIFICATION, OR USE OF ANY TRIGGER CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, installing, possessing, or using our products the buyer expressly assumes all risk associated with the installation, use, handling storage or malfunction of the product. Including but not limited to accidental discharge, injury, death, or property damage.
Release and Hold Harmless
Buyer hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Seller, its officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, or affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may be sustained by Buyer or any third party, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while using or possessing the Product.
Indemnification
Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from Buyer’s purchase, possession, installation, use, or misuse of the Product, including any claims brought by third parties.
Modification Prohibition
Buyer agrees not to modify, alter, or repair the Product in any way that deviates from the manufacturer’s specifications. Any such modification voids this agreement and increases Buyer’s sole responsibility for any resulting harm.
Severability
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
