Ballistic Engineering strives to make the best aftermarket products for the high demanding shooter.
In the highly unlikely event a product does not perform as expected, our customer service will take care of you. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on everything we build.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Should you have any issues with your product, immediately seize using said product to avoid further damage or injury. Do not try to repair the product yourself. Please notify us at jb@ballisticengineering.net so we can evaluate and assist you from there.

Refunds are only available on products ordered directly from Ballistic Engineering. All other refunds must be requested directly from the purchasing source. In the event that a product will need to be sent in for warranty work Ballistic Engineering will provide you with a RMA label with shipping instructions.
If the product is to be sent back for refund at the customer`s discretion without any apparent issues to the product then the customer is responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
